2022 Dance Convention & Dance Crew Competition

The EL3VATE Dance Convention / Dance Crew Competition, featured celebrity guests and high-profile judges that aim to not only teach, but perform intricate choreographed routines at the gala showcase. Each celebrity artist taught 2 to 3 dance classes and was involved in the grand showcase titled “Masterpiece” performance class. The EL3VATE Fusic365 Convention was held at the Augusta Marriott at the Convention Center in beautiful downtown Augusta, GA. EL3VATE culminated the Dance Crew Finals at the Miller Theater with special performances by renowned celebrity guests and talented up-and-coming artists.

Rubi Mar, also known as Rubi the Martian, is exactly that, out of this world. This Young versatile artist is inspired by all types of sounds known to man. Her music will take you into a raspy wonderland full of jazz twangs, Latin cadences, melodic rap, and Soulful riffs. Rubi Mar is presently working with multi-platinum producer Pete Cruz. She will be debuting her music in 2022. Her name is Rubi Mar Monge Esteva. She was born in Yauco, Puerto Rico but resides in Tampa, Florida.
This singer/songwriter is known for her appearance on Telemundo’s singing competition “La Voz US” season 2. The Powerful voice Of Rubi Mar Provoked a battle between the coaches and she chose Latin star Luis Fonsi to settle the fight. This Puerto Rican princess made the audience fall in love with the passion that springs from her voice, her vocal agility, and her extravagant charisma. Although she did not win, she made it to the grand finale and that’s where it all began. Welcome to her Empire.
Born in August, Ga & raised in Germany, Dj Monae was exposed to a diverse music background. Known for her ability to read the crowd she prides herself on her talent to move audiences through music. With a diversified background in everything from hosting fashion shows to weddings, she's a chameleon when it comes to adapting to different environments. She had her first radio internship at Power 107 in Augusta, Ga which lead to follow up spots on 94.1 the Beat in Savannah, Ga . Not to mention Djing for various artist such as Rod Wave, City Girls , Gunna, & Killuminatii. Determined to grow her brand and prefect her craft she is well on the way to becoming your favorite DJ!
Jimmy Stanford, aka "Beatsbyjblack" is a 12 year Atlanta, GA based producer & beat maker. He's worked with the likes of 2 Chainz, The Game, Timbaland, & Wayne Brady. He's created & starred in commercials for GAP, McDonald's, Akai, & Redbull. Mr. Stanford is a passionate teacher and currently fuels that passion with a program he curriculum called "Finger Drumming Academy."
